• New self-development programs for alums with white privilege
• Building our skills for cross-racial collaboration
• Action-oriented teams addressing issues of wide interest, such as anti-racism work in education, criminal justice, healthcare, voting rights and more
• Extensive partnerships with Wellesley groups – both alums and on campus
