A key goal of the Wellesley Racial Justice Initiative is to educate ourselves and members of the Wellesley alum community – through courageous dialogue and informative resources. Whether you’re new to anti-racism work or well along on your journey, WRJI offers a variety of opportunities to increase your knowledge and skill base.

Programs range from single session facilitated discussions to multi-week series. We provide supportive spaces for personal examination and group exchange – for alums with white privilege and those of the Global Majority.

WRJI programs are facilitated by trained, compensated and volunteer facilitators.
